Pamela Kuehling was appointed the Commissioner of Supply for the City of St. Louis on 9/5/17. Her responsibilities include managing the Supply Chain of over $100 million in products for all City departments and many City agencies. Her background as a state Malcolm Baldrige Examiner, and a Green Belt in Lean 6 Sigma help her save the City both money and time in process efficiency.  Pam's previous work experience included founding and running a successful consulting firm called “Simplify the Office,” and experience with various Financial Services firms including Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. Her awards include Rotarian of the Year, Volunteer of the Year for the Town & Country/Frontenac Chamber of Commerce, and Women in Leadership for Citi.  Pamela has an MBA in Strategic Planning and a BSBA in Finance, both from Washington University.
