The Office of the Commissioner of Supply was established as set forth in Chapter 5.56, 5.58, 5.60, 5.62 & 5.64 of the Revised Code of the City of St Louis, 1994 Annotated, Title 5 and under Article XV, Sections 1, 26-30 of the City Charter.
The Supply Division is responsible for the procurement of all supplies, equipment, equipment maintenance and selected services for City departments. The division processes nearly 3,500 requisitions per year and administers approximately 195 purchase contracts valued at $55 million dollars.
Our regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CST), except for observed legal holidays.
