Recycling Program
Find City recycling services, drop-off locations, submit requests for recycling service and file complaints. Follow links for to learn what goes in your blue recycling bin and beyond.

Refuse Division
The Refuse Division is responsible for collection and disposal of residential waste and also coordinates efforts to reduce the amount of waste going to landfills, such as recycling, composting, and waste reduction.

Street Division
The Street Division is responsible for street maintenance such as patching potholes, snow plowing, and street sweeping along with street lighting, street signs, and traffic signals

Towing Division
The City of St. Louis Towing Division's goal is to improve the safety of the City's streets by removing vehicles that are illegally parked, abandoned, or that are impeding the flow of traffic

Traffic & Lighting Division
The City of St. Louis Traffic Division maintains traffic signals, traffic signage, traffic painting and striping, and street lighting.

Audit Report

Kingshighway Bridge Project
The 75-year-old Kingshighway bridge between Southwest/Vandeventer and Shaw Blvd closed on July 6, 2015 for reconstruction. The new bridge is scheduled to reopen to vehicle traffic only by April 2017, with all remaining work (landscaping, hardscaping, sidewalks, etc) finished several months after April 2017.

Directions: Turn East at the signal immediately North of I-44. Follow the road through 1900 Hampton gate at the bottom of the hill. Turn left at the flag pole, follow the signs to Street Dept - Permit Office.
