Summary
2019 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

The St. Louis Development Corporation will receive bids for the Neighborhood Commercial District Improvement (NCDI) Program façade projects throughout Fiscal Year 2019. The NCDI has provided grants up to $20,000.00 for most projects and need contractors to bid on the work.

Eligible improvements that are awaiting bids include, but are not limited to: awnings, entrance doors, windows, painting, signage, exterior lighting, storefront renovations, fencing, outside dining enhancements, parking lot improvements, building cleaning to enhance the historic nature of the building, tuckpointing/masonry work undertaken in conjunction with another eligible scope of work, removal of accessibility barriers, and landscaping.
