1520 Market St. is closed to the Public until further notice. The LRA, located on the 2nd floor of 1520 Market St., will still be accepting offers, processing options and closing on the sales of our properties.
If you wish to make an offer on LRA property, all of the forms needed are available for download on our website at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/sldc/real-estate/purchase-lra-property.cfm You may mail your offer to 1520 Market St., St. Louis, MO 63103, Suite 2000. We can no longer accept email offers. St. Louis Development Corporation will be placing boxes outside of the building for drop off. The Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) receives title to all tax delinquent properties not sold at the Sheriff's sale. It also receives title to properties through donations. The SLDC Real Estate Department maintains, markets, and sells these properties and performs land assemblage for future development.
Meetings will be held in the Board Room of the St. Louis Development Corporation, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, at 8:30 a.m., on the last Wednesday of each month except as noted. All meetings are open to the public. An agenda will be posted approximately 5 days in advance of the meeting.
