Catherine Smentkowski

 Smentkowski began her career with the City of St. Louis in 1974 with the Land Reutilization Authority.  She has served in the Budget Division, the Mayor's Office (during the respective administrations of Mayors Vince Schoemehl, Freeman Bosley, Clarence Harmon and Francis G. Slay), and currently in the Public Safety Director's Office.  

She holds a B.S. in Communications from Saint Louis University and performs moderately complex communications-related duties with a variety of related tasks.
