Building Division
The Building Division enforces the City
building code, issues building permits, conducts building inspections, demolishes vacant buildings, and enforces zoning ordinances.
City Emergency Management Agency
The City of St. Louis Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), a division of the Department of Public Safety, maintains an ongoing program of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery
Civilian Oversight Board (COB)
The Board's function is to review and investigate citizen complaints against alleged misconduct of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
