The City Emergency Management Agency appreciates reports of problems with the outdoor warning sirens. Department personnel may already be aware of the problem and may already be working to resolve it, but sometimes your call is what's needed to learn about an issue.

The City of St. Louis Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), a division of the Department of Public Safety, maintains an ongoing program of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) educates individuals about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.
