Programs available through Playtime Recreation
Playtime offers FREE summer camps for children ages 7-15 teaching a variety of recreational interests. Camp topics include art, basketball, cheerleading, circus arts, cooking, dancing, deejaying, engineering, fishing, football, golf, karate, nature explorers, performance arts, pickleball, poetry, robotics, soccer, swimming, tennis, tree climbing, theater and track.

Playtime Recreation will host a day camp at the Cherokee Recreation Center located at 3200 S. Jefferson. For more information call 314.664.0582
2017 Summer Camp will run from June 5 - Aug 11. Camp will not meet the week of July 3 - 7.
St. Louis Nites Adult Basketball League
St. Louis Nites Basketball is produced in cooperation with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Adult males 18 years of age and older play in a highly competitive league coached entirely by St. Louis City Police Officers. The public is welcome to come watch these young men compete at the Cherokee Recreation Center or Tandy Recreation Center starting at 6:15 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. Information on upcoming sessions will be posted as they become available.
