Debbie Allen is a member of the highly-selective FUSE Executive Fellowship Program. FUSE Corp brings together the best minds to work on the biggest challenges. Fellows are embedded with local government agencies, working alongside city leaders to bring new approaches, diverse perspectives, and community-based solutions. Fellows must have at least 15 years of professional experience, and who can tackle complex challenges that require creative problem-solving in partnership with a wide array of cross-sector stakeholders.   

Ms. Allen is focusing on operationalizing and institutionalizing a Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and an Justice and Public Health Information Sharing ecosystem, as part of that infrastructure for the City of St. Louis and the 22nd Judicial Circuit. The Council and its Committees comprise of elected and appointed officials along with senior level stakeholders from criminal and juvenile justice agencies, government administration and key cross-sector organizations like public health, human services, transportation, housing. The purpose of the Counsel is to ensure the fair administration of criminal and juvenile justice by increasing effective communication, collaboration and planning; and, to improve the criminal and juvenile systems' operation through effective data collection, sharing and analysis crosscutting the local criminal and public health systems.
