Overview

The Office on the Disabled assists the City in creating and maintaining a physical environment that is as accessible as possible for people of all disabilities.

If you have concerns of faced an issue with disabled parking, ADA accessibility of public building and programs, need a sidewalk or ramp repair, or want to request an inspection this is the place to start.

Instructions

  1. Collect as much information as possible: 
    • Address or intersection
    • Describe the conditions
    • Date and time
    • Circumstances of the event
  2. Start with the 'Begin Online' button below and select the service that best describe the situation.
  3. Complete the steps and submit the request.

No fee associated with the service request.

What to Expect

You will receive an email with a request ID number.  

You can use the number to check the status of the service  request.
