City of St. Louis Obesity Reports
Mayor Francis Slay identified reducing obesity by 5% in the City of St. Louis by 2018 as a priority in his Sustainability Action Agenda. To meet this goal, the Department of Health (DOH) developed and released the City's Obesity Plan in May 2014. A report followed as a supplement to the initial plan and served to set the benchmark of obesity rates in the City.
Restaurant Health Ratings and Inspection Reports
The City of St Louis Department of Health is responsible for verifying all food establishments follow well-recognized procedures to provide safe and wholesome food to the public. This includes all operations that provide food to the general public, such as restaurants, taverns, carry-outs, grocery stores, caterers, and day care centers. Both permanent and temporary operations are regulated.

St. Louis Regional Mental Health Data Report
The St. Louis Regional Mental Health Data Report, prepared by the City of St. Louis Department of Health and Saint Louis County Department of Public Health for the System of Care St. Louis Region, uses hospital admission data to describe prevalence and trends of mental health disorders in the St. Louis Region.
2017 Saint Louis Local Public Health System Assessment
The St. Louis Local Public Health System Assessment (LPHSA) was conducted on May 22, 2017 as one of the four assessments in the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) process. MAPP is a community-driven strategic planning framework that guides communities in developing and implementing efforts around the prioritization of public health issues and identification of resources to address them as defined by the 10 Essential Public Health Services. The MAPP process includes four assessment tools, including the Local Public Health System Assessment.

Department of Health Assessment of At-Risk Populations 2015 Emergency Preparedness and Response
The Assessment of At-Risk Populations report examines an overview of an assessment of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups in the City of St. Louis. These individuals are at a heighten risks during emergencies. The report was prepared by the City of St. Louis Department of Health in collaboration with the City Emergency Management Agency, Office on the Disabled, St. Louis Area Agency on Aging, and Emergency Preparedness Division of Metro Transit.

This report from the Heartland Region Health Equity Council of the National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities identifies collaborative strategies to address goals that have been developed to end health disparities. This "Blueprint" for action was created using stakeholder input from federal, regional, state and local levels. The U.S. Office of Minority Health and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services provided support to the Council.
