Judy Armstrong

Judy Armstrong is a Fiscal Operations Support Manager in the office of Honorable Darlene Green, City of St. Louis Comptroller. Since 2016, Ms. Armstrong has served as the Appointing Authority for the office.

Before joining the Comptroller's Office in 2000, Ms. Armstrong held several banking and community positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis for 22 years.

Ms. Armstrong holds a Master of Legal Studies degree from Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
