The proposed bill directs the Director of Streets to permanently close, barricade or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on the block of Virginia Avenue by blocking said traffic flow at the intersection Virginia Avenue and Bellerive Boulevard.

The proposed bill will create a two-way stop site at the intersection of Clarendon Avenue and Maple Avenue to control northbound and southbound traffic on Clarendon Avenue approaching the intersection of Clarendon Avenue and Maple Avenue. The proposed bill contains an emergency clause.
